Travelodge Redhill

Blimey! Creeking floorboards galore, the rooms are HUGE and very dated but spotless. Our room was a bit close to the front door and people came and went through the night. It was very noisy, making a good night sleep not very possible. It is conveniently located to the station and the parking is fantastic. We will certainly book a room here again when travelling abroad although we may sleep elsewhere.

It was fine for one night and for what it cost; the staff were pleasant and helpful; the room and en suite was clean; and after reading other reviews on the hot water situation - you just have to be aware that the controls do no work perhaps as efficiently as they could - but they do work and you can have a hot shower. My room was just be the car-park and although I could hear traffic - it wasn't too bad - plus if it was I could have used the earplugs which were given to me when I checked in. My only complaint which I passed on to the receptionist in the morning who said she would pass it on and hopfully somethign would be done - was that there was no way of locking the door from inside - which for someone travelling on their own did feel a litle insecure (in fact I dragged a chair in front of the door!) .. Otherwise as I said .. its basic .. didn't cost much .. the hot water does work .. and once they fix locks on the inside of the doors .. it will be fine.

No one at reception. Had to wait around until someone showed up. Room was dirty and tired. No soap in the dispensers, bought WiFi as poor phone reception which didn't work. All for the bargain price of £100 a night.

Grim. Avoid.

Close to the train station so a bit noisy.
Another Travelodge that could do with some much needed investment and a lick of paint. Staff super friendly though. Stones throw away from the town shops etc. Car park is free if staying at the hotel.

Had to open the window as the room was too hot meaning the noise from the passing trains kept waking us. Wet carpet from leaking radiator.
Very noisy. Woman next door had a good night!
Cheap and handy for the airport though!

Made to feel welcome had a very clean room, polite happy staff.
Especially Angela the Night reception lady great member of the team was so welcoming and helpful.
Would definitely stay again.

No heating in the bathroom, it was freezing in there. According to reception people kept burning themselves on towel rail!!! I'm sorry but most hotels have signs warning it's hot, surely commonsense would prevail...

Nice room “this time”, business trips for this hotel again. Compare the price have no better choice in city area.

Next to restaurant and train station. Little noise, maybe the door have gaps. Nice staffs.

Stay in winter time, room is warm not too cold. @Room 22x
