Very accommodating staff. Friendly. Good value for group bookings. Breakfast was basic at best. No shower gel in dispenser 2 days running after it was reported to reception on check in

Currently staying at the Travelodge and wanted to show our appreciation to all the reception staff, chefs, cleaners and management. We have been staying here for a while now and during our stay they have been so helpful, kind, polite, we would like them to get some recognition. Special thank you to Sabu, Manika and Pabitra :)

Room is a little small but acceptable, clean and tidy, the bed and pillow is comfortable, staff is nice and helpful, water pressure is good. Cannot find anything to complain.

Couldn't find the wardrobe, then seen the hangers in the corner of room, we had a laugh cos I never seen that before! Room tidy, shower nice, pillows not comfortable. Breakfast in morning was strange, they only put out enough for three people, so everyone was queeing, but they did bring fresh.

Very close to the train station, town and other key places. Clean, has security at night who buzz you in which adds to the element of safety. Very friendly night manager who kindly gave me his own iPhone charger to borrow after I realised I didn’t bring mine.

Excellent location, rooms were good but could do with a deep clean when possible. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Good location for the train station and going into Woking itself.

The bad was ok, but the room and the bathroom was dirty. At the reception, you have to pay for everything an extra fee. The reception doesnt create invoice for the company address and if a change on the invoice is requested, one have to request it online. The online support doesnt make any changes at the invoice and is not supportive at all. The only positive thing is the central locationa and the proximity to the railway station. I dont recommend this hotel at all, as for it is too expensive and definitely not worth to stay.

Good location and service. Rooms comfortable but walls are quite thin and shower did the typical Travelodge thing of temperature jumping around a bit.
