Holiday Inn Express Nuneaton, an IHG Hotel

It's OK. A modern budget hotel on the outskirts of Nuneaton. Plenty of car parking. Subway, Starbucks etc on the same site. Room and bathroom clean. No air conditioning or fan which was an issue as my room had been absorbing sunlight all day and was very warm. Breakfast is very limited but passable.

Great place. Such good value and would definitely recommend this Holiday in Express. All rooms include breakfast, hot or cold and provide bags for you to pop something in if you haven't enough time to sit and have breakfast. Staff very friendly.

This IHG is a good stay for us as it is conveniently located and easy to get too. Parking is good and clearly signposted. Staff in the hotel are always friendly and helpful and generally recognise us when we arrive as we have stayed here several times before. The rooms are always clean and well stocked, and it is never too much trouble to get extra teabags etc for the room. The breakfasts are very good and there are dairy free options for the milk/butter - the only thing missing is the mushrooms!

Tucked away a little but but very clean hotel, just a shame there is no bath in the room, just a shower. Staff are really polite and take an interest in you. 24 hour bar and breakfast included in the price. Will definitely use this place again when I'm in the area.

A well situated hotel with friendly welcoming staff. The rooms were clean with all you could need for a good nights sleep. Despite not providing an evening meal there was a take away option that was conveniently added to the rooom. An excellent breakfast tops it off.

Single beds given when checked in, although a small double booked. Did not sleep because of this. No indication when I checked in I wasn’t getting a double. They let me get to the room to find out!! Very annoyed.

When I phoned down they said there were no doubles. SO that’s okay then NOT! All about customer expectations, keep us informed.

Breakfast until 10.30, but at 10.15 there was no bacon or sausage left, when I asked if they cooked cook a few rashers I was told no. I had jam n toast for me breakfast. I wanted bacon. Yes I was late coming down and I wouldn’t like to see waste. If they cooked a few bits other people were looking for breakfast as well, it wouldn’t have been wasted

Shame about the above because it’s a nice hotel. Very clean, most of the staff very pleasant.

They need to sort out rooms and advising customers when they check in, what’s what. EXPECTATIONS NOT MET

Excellent hotel. Scrupulously clean throughout, super friendly staff, an excellent breakfast and 24 hour bar and free parking right outside with many other local amenities a short walk away.

Plus it’s great value for money when you consider the local premier inn and Travelodge are more expensive and don’t include breakfast in the room rate. The bed was very comfy and had everything in order to make my 3 night stay very enjoyable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when I’m in the area.

Great stay overall. Comfortable beds and free parking with many local amenities within walking distance. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was excellent quality and had a good variety. I would definitely stay here again when I was in the area.
