Not really a sheltered housing. Key needed or resident needed to get in to see people. Or if you are agile enough you can simply climb over a low wall. Not much security really. The residents are nice friendly people. Didn't see a warden at all.

Like the layout, feels quite safe. Handy for the village and travel.
