The Randolph Hotel, by Graduate Hotels

The hotel was amazing! Very comfortable rooms, lots of space and lots of fun areas in the hotel to lounge or hang out at and an amazing location. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Yenakis really made me feel welcome and gave me lots of great tips for the city. Phil and Nick in the hotel bar were amazing as well and prepared great cocktails! I will definitely stay at The Randolph again whenever I'm back.

Super comfortable stay at this beautiful hotel. Everyone in the staff from the front desk, concierge, lobby, valet assistance to the restaurant and breakfast service was friendly and warm and we loved it. Shout out to Billy for his friendliness as well. Definitely will be back :) Breakfast options and taste was excellent as well.

We had a wonderful time at The Randolph Hotel, from the moment we arrived until we left the next day. Billy went over and above to welcome me, my two daughters and my daughter's dog; nothing was too much trouble, Mabel (dog) even got a doggy goody bag! The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely. We would return in a heartbeat!

The hotel is 5 star however the breakfast was not, good selection on the menu but hardly any of it was available at the hot or continental buffet. The rooms are beautiful only downfall is I think all 5 star hotels should provide robes in their rooms. I would absolutely stay here again but would not pay extra for breakfast included because that was a let down after an otherwise lovely stay!

We went to the Randolf for a couple of cocktails and sat in The Snug which is a beautiful little cocktail lounge tucked away off the main bar. The service was excellent, all the staff were friendly especially Nick the bartender who was especially helpful and a credit to the hotel. I would definitely recommend a visit to this hidden gem .

We visited Oxford for a wedding and decided to treat ourselves with a stay at the Randolph. We were not disappointed and enjoyed our stay.The manager and bar staff were very helpful when we came back from the registry office for drinks and opened up a bar for our party. We had a wonderful breakfast the next day. We upgraded our room to a graduate deluxe king. The same manager informed us after breakfast on Sunday that they have exciting plans for Christmas afternoon tea and live music in the future. We found the staff caring and attentive. The location is a 10 mins walk from the railway station. The Randolph is the best hotel we have stayed at in this country with high standard’s.

This is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. My only 'bad' feedback was try not to stay on the Beaumont side of the hotel, or take earplugs with you. The street noise can be a little intrusive at night. However, the room was well appointed and clean. The services were enjoyable - loved the Morse Bar and the Alice Restaurant. The spa was also quite worthy of a visit post my half marathon adventure.

Good to see this grand old city centre hotel back to its best. The design team who have recently restored the place have done a superb job. Friendly helpful staff throughout make staying a pleasure. Food and drink are top-notch. The location is perfect for shopping, eating out, and exploring the architecture of Oxford's colleges which inhabit it's surroundings.
