Premier Inn Dumbarton/Loch Lomond hotel

A brilliant comfy over night last minute stay after a booking error at a hostel. Clean beds, lovely breakfast. Spotlessly clean, fresh towels, perfect

Would not stay here again, unfortunately our room was dirty, smelly and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Bed extremely uncomfortable with one rock hard pillow each.
Room was covered in stains and the bathroom did not feel clean, we couldn’t wait to leave.
Only positives were the location and the lovely staff!
Hotel is next to a pub, Starbucks and a Costa.

We stayed a few nights for a friend’s wedding, we booked a family room, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised as it was perfect, so clean and tidy, the staff were so friendly & welcoming .
We had such a lovely stay, the whole weekend was hassle free.
There’s a large carpark and Costa, Starbucks, fuel station, convenience store,greggs & Brewers fayre right next to it.
Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were so pleased we found this particular premier inn. The staff were more than helpful Kat. Claire Chloe Cameron were all so helpful nothing was too much trouble will be back plenty parking disabled friendly 5***** the brewers fayre is within walking distance

Premier Inn always comfortable and I always get good night's sleep in their beds, the room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly, what's not to like. Great location for a sight seeing base of Lomond for a lot less money than other hotels in the area.

We have had a wonderful stay at Dunbarton. We needed help with something and Patrick and Donna came to the rescue, thank you both very much.
We would highly recommend Loch lomond Dumbarton for Service and Cleanliness. Great experience well done guys especially Patrick and Donna !

Outstanding. Spent a night here as I was passing through on my way up to Skye. Perfect pit stop. Everything was immaculate, clean and fresh. Bed was comfy, big TV, huge bathroom. The whole building was quiet, no slamming doors or shouting. The staff were very friendly and cared about customer service. Prices are great as well! It ticked all of the boxes and a few more. Can't go wrong with a Premier Inn

Stayed over one night just to change it up from the normal routine. We arrived around 30mins early and where able to check in no problems. Room was fresh and clean at the end of the corridor. Quiet in the hotel but could hear the traffic from the road right across, okay with us but if you are a light sleeper ask for a room facing the rear of the property for less traffic noise. TV with Freeview. Couldn't open window's due to safety. Can order room service from the restaurant next door. Pleasant stay ✌🏻
