Loch Lomond Hotel

We stayed in May and were disappointed the hotel was not finished then. It is still not finished. There is no information on booking about this, so be careful.

Rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Walls are thin and the bathroom fan stays on for a long time.

Hotel location is amazing, that's its selling point.

We had a really relaxing stay here - even with the improvements being made. Everyone was very friendly, and the hotel itself was spotless. Private parking is to the side, and whilst the food was temporarily unavailable, we were able to try places nearby, which did not disappoint. A perfect location, and a five minute walk to local shops, and day trips including the Sweeney Cruise tours of the Loch. A contemporary, and comfortable hotel which is dog friendly to boot. We must say, thank you again for your service. (They also supply MUGS with the tea/coffee tray, which is an added bonus)

Accommodations were in a 2 bedroom condo. Second bedroom was small & crowded with no storage or closets or place to put belongings. This was surprising considering the high cost. No safety bar for entering sunken tub & shower. Safety concerns for older individuals. Nice living room & kitchen. Stunning view of Lock Lomond.

Restaurant review only. Staff were a bit inexperienced, possibly bit too young to be proactive. Menu could do with more GF options and a corresponding key. But the food was great! And the bar area very comfortable.

A very pleasant dinning experience with mouth watering menu all served by prompt, courteous and pleasant staff. The dinning room overlooked the main road through Balloch and the hotel had easy access for both able bodied and less able dinners. A carpark was located within the grounds. So good I would definitely go back and do not forget the outdoor patio for those warmer climes.

Nice clean contemporary room. Family room was large with two bathrooms. Staff very friendly. Not able to park in car park, but free on street parking 30 seconds up the road. No WiFi signal in room.

Great newly refurb hotel. Staff were lovely and the room was spotless. The main meal was great, breakfast wasn’t the best but still good enough to fill you up. Defo worth a visit

Cannot comment about the rooms as we weren't residents! We went in for a coffee and cake and it was lovely! Friendly welcoming staff, lovely cup of coffee and a good selection of cakes, tray bakes and scones! Table service and everything very well presented! Just what Balloch needs, very impressed we will be back!
