Nice location in Fort Augustus. Walking distance from main restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Friendly and serviceminded staff. The room was spacious and basic. The breakfast was decent - typically British.
As much as the Indoor was tidy and Clean, the outdoor was pretty messy.

Stayed here for one night on our tour of Scotland. Check in and check out was contactless so didn’t see the owner at all. Our first look of the property was the breakfast room which was a large space but hadn’t been cleaned. Crumbs everywhere.
The room itself though was clean, large space, and the ensuite was a great size too. Including the jacuzzi bath, which was a VERY nice addition to our tour.
We did have to play a game of find the kettle as there was no info card telling us where the kettle was located or even how to use the jacuzzi bath. It was all figure it out for yourself.
At breakfast we were greeted by a friendly smiley lady who offered us tea or coffee. You don’t get a full English but you do get to help yourself to scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and beans. Choice of breads. Cereals, including fresh porridge.
Location just a short walk from the shops, restaurants and canal.
Overall pleasant stop. 👍

While the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, there were no chairs despite there being a TV to watch. It also lacked a suitable point for the in room hospitality, the kettle had to be boiled on the floor. The room was not serviced during a 2 day & night stay. Breakfast was buffet style with superb sausages on offer & good service of hot drink of choice.

Great little place to stay, for a holiday in the Highlands, we had a few days in October and it was lovely, clean modern room, a mighty breakfast as early as you like, in the morning..
