Our daughter and son in law held their wedding here. It was an amazing venue. The meal was delicious and all the staff were so polite and helpful. Fiona the coordinator was so calm, patient and made everything run smoothly. Mandy couldn’t have been more helpful when we arrived the afternoon before (we arranged this in advance) to drop off items early despite her being busy with a wedding. Honestly I couldn’t have been more impressed with the efficiency of the whole event. It was seamless. We stayed overnight and in the Othello room. It was beautiful with views over the valley. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this venue highly enough

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. We were here for a wedding and booked a lodge, I think it's a little overpriced. It was really nice inside but £200 for one night is a stretch. The pole supporting the middle of our bed was bent and the slats kept falling down during the night. If we were staying for more than one night we probably would have said, but since it was just one night we just left it. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best breakfasts we've ever had at a hotel! Overall, a little pricey, and an uncomfortable bed but nice views and beautiful food!

Was here for a wedding reception but the venue is quite stunning.
The location on of the venue is certainly out the way, access either by car or coach, no public transport.
I was on soft drink so a Fresh Orange & Lemonade was £3.

Family wedding. Outstanding event. Great venue, great food…but it’s made special by the people and the staff couldn’t have done more to make it all a success. Great job!

We had a lovely stay at Enterkine House. Our room was Enterkine View and it had everything we could want . Very spacious , great bed , modern bathroom and a veranda where we sat out and had a couple of glasses of fizz.
Dinner was lovely . The food was great - complements to the chef and the waiting staff were all attentive and helpful . Breakfast was fresh ans plenty of everything . Mandy and Fiona along with all the staff made our stay really enjoyable - we didn’t want to leave .
Highly recommend

Absolutely shocked! I don't know where to even start...I was here today for Christmas dinner with my parents and two children and I am disgusted at almost every aspect of it (and we have been before so we were not expecting it) I felt so unbelievably sorry for the young waiting staff who were clearly stretched beyond their means and doing the best they could however there was no structure to service whatsoever (there had been the last time) we were seated before many, many tables yet what appeared to be the single person there to take drinks orders was going everywhere and anywhere else first until I had to search for him after half an hour to ask him to take ours? We still continued to wait for anyone to take our "starter/dessert" orders until again we asked the manageress to actually take our orders as it was getting beyond a joke! This is where we get onto the "food" and I say that lightly as we all had the soup which was disgusting...not a single one of all 5 of us there could eat any of it, and I mean extremely bad! The carvery, which we were meant to wait and wait and wait until we were told we could go up even though there was no queue so we took it upon ourselves to go anyway was bland and basic if it wasn't soaked in oil or freezing cold...we tried to eat as much as we could as we were all starving and had seriously had enough by this point....we eventually left without eating much of the trio of ice cream desserts and complained on the way out! £65 per person for absolutely nothing worth eating!! We will never ever be back again! Oh and the views are lovely... that's it, the only nice thing I can say about our experience!!! Absolute disgrace

Our first visit for an afternoon tea. It's was fantastic. Such a large selection, sandwiches, soup, mini steak pies, quiches, scones, strawberry tarts and éclairs.
The staff were lovely & the surroundings were beautiful, we will definitely be back!
