Very nice hotel in the heart of Tenby, the staff were excellent during check-in, breakfast and dinner. The food was good, just about right for the price. We had a family room which was a little small, cleanliness was good. In the toilet though they provide the dispensing strips of toilet paper, I'm not sure who though these are a good idea but they are wrong, sometimes they don't drop out correctly so you have to try and pinch one out via the small hole, Premier Inn please do the same as every other hotel I've stayed in and provide a roll, its more civilised.

Comfortable hotel in a great location.
Food was great, had both breakfast and dinner here. The meal deal is great value, even after paying supplements for certain items like steak. I liked that the breakfast buffet was filled with items that I actually wanted to eat, unlike most other hotel breakfasts. The hot items were actually kept hot and replenished quickly.
Beds were comfortable and I slept really well. The shower was a powerful rainfall shower.
Staff were really friendly and helpful and clearly worked very hard.
The only slight negative were that refillable things like the shower gel dispenser in the room were empty.

Staff proffessional and friendly. Hotel right in centre if Tenby with parking behind. Restaurant and food excellent good prices rooms are what u always expect from Premier very comfortable quiet with air con we enjoyed our stay immensely will definitely be back

It was a very pleasant stay for the first time. The staff are very helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice with a good selection of cereals and cooked food. Also had an evening meal in the inhouse restaurant which was nice. As you are right in the town center you are spoilt for choice.

The hotel is in a good position, very close to North Beach and the town centre and just a short walk to the train station. The hotel itself is ok, a bit overpriced for what you get compared to other accommodation locally. Staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, there is something amiss with the air conditioning throughout the building which creates a lot of noise. We had the heating and aircon switched off in our room but despite this there was noise all night long, it was especially bad on the second night. Besides the sound of the air pump the ceiling of our room rattled constantly. I got virtually no sleep. I note that several other people have written about this issue in their reviews. It's disappointing that Premier management have not addressed it. For this reason I would not be able to stay here again.

A nice stay. Pleasant staff. I had an evening meal which was really good as was breakfast. Parking is just behind the hotel and currently is 8.50 per 24 hours so that needs to be factored in. The hotel is right in the centre of the town. I'd go back.

Perfectly situated close to North beach and town in Tenby. Spacious, clean rooms with tea/coffee facilities. Very reasonably priced when we stayed (January) no parking on site but its less than a 5min walk to the multiple storey Car Park by Sainsbury ( £10 for 24hrs)

Had to book Premier plus room at a very high price compared to a standard room. The room itself was OK but not significantly better than a standard room. The price includes so called "ultimate Wi-Fi. What a joke, the signal drops out completely every few minutes. Not possible to get any work done connected to it. The staff are typically friendly and attentive but very poor response to the rubbish Wi-Fi issues.
Come on PI, you charge premium rates for these rooms but the extra cost is really not worth it at all
