Sadly I cannot give 5 stars due to having to take my car to the dealership on the afternoon of the day prior to my booking due to no MOT tester working on the day it was booked in. On collecting my car the service advisor had not checked it and it was not washed and vacuumed as it should have been. Subsequently I arranged for it to have a valet as way of apology. It had a wash and vacuum which was barely acceptable, certainly not a valet which in my reasoning included a polish as well as the windows being cleaned. Apologies as I have always found the staff very friendly and cannot fault the Hyundai Kona as a car, but you have failed to deliver on this occasion.

So far, so good! My i10 was in for some warranty investigations today. Service reception were very friendly and professional. Their findings were spot on and I was given the comforting feeling that a proper job would be done at my next visit for the actual repair. As a bonus I was given a lift to and from my workplace in Boston. I've had so many bad experiences with other dealerships over the years. So far, Read Hyundai seem refreshingly different.

My Husband took our vehicle here after a dash light came on. He also called Reads at Lincoln. The telephone response from the Boston branch was very positive and extremely helpful, whilst he was transferred to a “Technician” at Lincoln who didn’t pick up and he was cut off. He took the vehicle two days later, to Boston and was very happy with the experience. We purchased the vehicle from the Lincoln branch, won’t be bothering with them again! Please note Reads - your branch is only as good as your initial first customer facing staff, if they don’t provide the service customers won’t be back. Very well done Boston, thank you.

I went to have a look at a potential first car for myself and within a week I was driving off in my new car. That is all thanks to 1 of the sales executives, Sandy Sandison, who was nothing but helpful, considerate and genuinely nice during all the interactions I had with him. He went through everything with me so that I understood all the options I had and whenever I had a question, he was quick to answer. He even rang me a couple days after I purchased my car just to check how everything was going and to let me know he would be there if I needed any help or had any more questions. I would definitely recommend anyone go here if they're looking for a car as you won't be disappointed since they've got a great range of cars at reasonable prices and the customer service is amazing.

We purchased two cars from Read Hyundai Boston. Both Kevin and Sandy were friendly and approachable and were able to answer any of our questions and queries. We would definitely recommend Read Hyundai and would deal with them again. Very happy with their service 😊

Such fantastic service from Kevin from the moment I rang to inquire about a car. He wasn't pushy at all like some places which I liked very much. Everything was smooth no hassle at all and car was ready for collection within 5 days. Such friendly service and very helpful throughout. 5* service for definite.

Excellent service overall. Holiday of original dealer affected the speed of the handover but recompensed by being given a full tank of fuel. Thank you. Free drinks offered which helps. All team approachable. Very kind.

John was great, very professional and helpful. 10th May 2021 I have Just had some service work completed. I was blown away by the service team, I even received a video with the technician (Max) filming under my car with an audible description of brake and tyre wear, state of springs etc. Plus my car came out cleaned, that I did not expect on a non chargeable job. Super, thanks to all the service team.
