We had a great service. The dealer spent a lot of time explaining everything and accommodating all my requests. He was very patient and very pleasant. Amazing service.

Not much to say really… other that Adnan is the best sales person I have ever come across, hands down. He took on my enquiry with pure professionalism. The knowledge he had about Hyundai’s was unbelievable. He let me take the i20 to pick up my dog from the vet, for the test drive which was brilliant. You have a true star there Richmond!!!

I was phoned by the Service department to book my car in for its first service.
They didn’t offer me the option of a courtesy car or collection and delivery.
I’m very disappointed in this.
I was give only one option which was to wait whilst the service was being carried out.
My appointment was for 10.30am
On Arrival I went straight to the service department not a very friendly atmosphere.
I arrived at 10.15am only to the be told that my car wasn’t even going into the workshops until 11.30 ????
Why would you have a customer arrive for a waiting appointment when you would be here for at least an hour without your car even moving ????
Doesn’t make any sense and I can assure you waiting around here is exceptionally boring.
I’m very disappointed with the overall customer experience from Richmond Hyundais Service Department.
I hope other customers don’t have to suffer this level of service

I have been dealing with Lee Taylor and what a experience, I was told everything that I needed and Lee did everything he could to achieve my budget. All I can say is he is a absolute asset to the team and I have already recommended him to friends and family.
