Coupers Hyundai

Before we found Coupers we tried virtually every other dealer looking for a new electric car. We were ignored in many dealers or showed cars that were being used my members of sales staff. One was so dirty that I declined to sit in it. Coupers was a revelation. A warm greeting from the receptionist, immediate attention from a sales person. Coffee offered and a good conversation. Sale took a long time from order to delivery but that reflects the world situation. What was really good was the forecast for delivery made ten months before was one day out, it was early. We can’t fault Coupers and the team. They are celebrating 30 years as a Hyundai dealer. Fantastic service.

Amazing customer facing experience from the support team, from the first person who shows where you need to park to where you then need to go. Reception team are always super attentive as are the support team who check you in, clear as to how long they will need with the car for service. Coffee, a place to work offered. My only feedback on where to improve, is encouraging the internal team to know more about the launch of new models of cars. It has always been disappointing that the team cannot share more knowledge about my Ioniq 5. Important that team are full introduced internally, build knowledge internally. to then share with the customer.

Fantastic dealership. I have dealt from multiple branches of different car brands in the past and this was honestly the best service I have ever got. Frank who assisted me throughout the process was honest, direct and always kept me in the loop with when my new car was arriving. The handover was smooth as well. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family and in particular Frank Rios! Keep up the good work.

I've been getting my Hyundai's MOT and service here for years. Always friendly staff, very helpful and I trust their advice and work. The few times there have been unexpected issues with the car they have always bent over backwards to help out such as taking me into the workshop to get items from the car, moving things round so I could keep the courtesy car longer etc. Highly recommend

Great garage to deal with, loved the tracking app for following the cars service, pre-service and cleaning.
All the staff are full of smiles and are more than happy to help.
I don’t think I’ve ever been in a more organised dealership.
Most places treat you like an inconvenience.

Great, family run business. They are courteous and kind and deliver excellent service. I bought my electric car from them and it has just had its first service. Could not have been a better experience.

Excellent customer service, made me feel welcomed and were willing to go the extra mile, very patient and kind, gave me opportunity to explore, and gave good feedback to my questions, and staff were cheerful and understanding. This dealership came recommended (word of mouth), and i definitely will recommend this dealership. Went to other dealers, who took a not bothered attitude. Very pleased with this dealership and its staff.

Have no hesitation in recommending Coupers. Bought the car from them. Have moved out of the area but whenever I’ve needed work doing to the car have always returned because the service that is given is outstanding. Have tried other Hyundai dealers closer to where I now live but unfortunately they don’t seem to have the same courtesy as Coupers.
