Always a smooth experience, my 3rd car and haven't as yet had any issues. Mark kept me updated about the shipping delays throughout and followed up with a phone call, to see how I was getting on with the car. Top Service 😁👌🏼

Having bought my Hyundai from another car company in the vicinity, and being massively let down by them, I was initially very reluctant regarding the support I would get in Spirit Hyundai Northampton.
I have to say that I absolutely love the cars since having my first Hyundai, back in the 90's to the current one, which is my third one. I trust them mechanically and enjoy many aspects, from the stability on the road, good ergonomics, beautiful designs to the extra bit of luxury that comes with my car.
I have been amazed by the support I got in Spirit Hyundai!, as soon as the phone line opened up and talking to Fallon, a super helpful and polite person working in that store with an amazing memory and ability to pay attention to detail and really make the experience customer focused, to the Mechanic, I believe his name is Nick, who fixed my car, made good on all the little aspects that the previous company had let me down with, made my car safe and roadworthy and send me a video of the health-check conducted so I could see for myself the aspects highlighted.
My safety was put as a priority, I was made to feel respected and not like the stereotypical '' middle age woman, who knows nothing about her own car'', I was supported with every aspect needed, warranty, appointment, replacement car and even had a phone-call by Fallon to check on the car's health. This is a company who proved to me that they stick to ETHICAL values and honor their support to the customer, exactly as it should be!
I definitely had a great experience and I am confident that, what-ever I may need support with, I will be able to get it here and for as long as their standards of support are as high as I experienced I will be a returning customer.
I would highly recommend this specific Hyundai store to anyone who not only wants a good car but also to be treated extremely nice, with understanding, empathy and professionalism when they will need their support.

Buying my new Ioniq through Spirit Hyundai has been a pleasure, as always. This is now my fourth Hyundai and my third brought with Danny as my Salesman. Thank you Danny for being attentive and knowledgeable about my new vehicle and for answering all my questions and keeping my abreast of its arrival - it was a long wait but well worth it. Thank you to all at Spirit Hyundai - both Sales & Service teams have been excellent over the years as I have progressed up the range from I20 to I30 and then onto the hybrid Ioniq which I just love, so had to get again. The Service department have also looked after my vehicles and myself with great care over the years and I look forward to my yearly service visits.

This is a great dealership. I was made very welcome & the team were very friendly and helpful. The whole process from arranging a test drive to buying a car & collecting it, was very smooth. Robin, the sales person I dealt with, was very professional & clearly knew everything about the cars & purchase process. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a new car form Spirit Hyundai Northampton. We were happy with the service we received. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Danny was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the car. We got the car for a fair price and we would definitely recommend.

I recently bought a used car from Spirit Hyundai, and I want to share how pleased I am with the new purchase and, more importantly, the excellent customer experience I received from start to finish. The professional and friendly service has been exceptional, from my initial phone call to discuss the car I had seen online to the purchase. The salesperson I dealt with was Robin Bliss; from the outset, Robin thoroughly explained everything about the car, putting my mind at ease. I had several calls and two visits to the car dealership before driving the vehicle away, and all along, I dealt with Robin, which made everything so much more fluid and consistent. Robin is highly knowledgeable about Hyundai, which is impressive. No matter how many questions I had (and there were many)! He took the time to explain everything clearly and professionally but in a friendly manner, a credit to Spirit Hyundai. I will certainly be in touch when looking for our next car after such a positive experience received here recently. Thanks, Spirit Hyundai and an even bigger thanks to Robin Bliss.

Loved my experience with Spirit Hyundai Northampton. The salesman Mark Stone was knowledgeable, to the point. I understood everything explained and nothing was too much trouble. I initially went in just to get some insight into hybrid but ended up with a sexy new Tucson!

I've been with Hyundi Northampton several years now and can't fault the team at Northampton after I was recommended to them. I was with Danny this time and he and his team did their best and they offered me a slightly better car in their Kona range for the same price I was already paying. Great customer service.
