We bought the wedding rings from here and I am so happy about the choice. At the beginning we were a bit afraid however our choice has been a good one. We even got it for a lower price than back in Istanbul Baazar for which I was so surprised. Very nice staff. I recommend.

Took an engagement ring here to be cleaned that had visible chunks of dirt in it. Charged me for cleaning and still had the visible chunks of dirt in it when I was given it back. Woman behind the counter just kept saying I can’t see it. Will now have to take it somewhere else to get a professional job done.

I brought a 14k snake chain and sadly started kinking within a week, my own fault as i didnt realise i couldnt sleep with it on.
I took back to the shop and the staff couldn't of been more helpful and polite.
I got a replacement straight away but decided to buy something more substantial.
Never met such nice people.
Put a deposit on a ring and will definitely be returning.
Highly recommend this shop.

The worst experience ever !

I came to this this establishment to purchase my then fiance, something blue the owners were so friendly and supportive, they took the time to help me find the perfect piece.

I then came back months later with my wife to have said piece resized and the customer service and after care was impeccable, they really look after the customer, I highly recommend for your jewellery needs.

Best place to get jewellery! They’re very friendly and helpful. The manager and staff were welcoming. Affordable prices. Nice decor. Shop was super clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

(NOT EVEN WORTH THAT ONE STAR!!) Please avoid this place literally they scam you!
So not long back I bought two necklaces ( one was a name plate & other was gold Cumhuriyet altın ) the name plate from only one wear it snapped off on its own and it started discolouring. so being a Furious customer who paid so much money to both necklaces,I got in contact with them via Instagram as I live fare they told me to come in to store so they can have a look before making a decision for the nameplates necklace with full audacity whoever it was that messaged me through Instagram said that the necklace seems to be dirty that is the”dirt on my skin “ as I complained that the nameplates necklace started going rusty and the Cumhuriyet altı necklace snapped off after one use? I’m sorry if you gonna be paying so much for one product your expectation is for it to be a good quality not something that came from “ali express” I’m not a jewellery professional person but I have been buying jewellery for as long as I can remember I have bought so many jewellery where ihave paid so much money has never rusted snapped off or any other damage has come to it apart from the two necklaces I bought of this place. It’s not even worth a penny for these lot even there customer service is so poor when I went there to and confront them the lady acted like she never seen social media in her life before and tried to make me look like I was lying when it was all there in front of her!!
