Very dated store. The noise of the music coming from the Harvey centre made it difficult to hear people speak in the shop. Nice choice of jewellery considering the side of the store. Staff were friendly and helpful

Nice assistant. First thought we couldn't buy our wedding ring as one till wouldn't accept cards.
Little panic but she remained calm not me 😲 eventually got one to work. Phew.

Went in 2013 to get a lovely engagement ring in there for a girl I really liked in my third-year of college. I’d definitely go again for the next occasion.

I can't reme the name of the lady that served us but she was ever so helpful. I went in a few weeks ago to have my ring repaired, I got the quote and it was procedded. When I went to pick it the lady wasnt comfortable charging me as on the notes it said the ring was week so possible manufacturer fault so said she was going to talk to her manager and to comeback the following week. When I went back she'd spoken to her manager and customer service and I was advised to maybe exchange my ring for a different design as its highly possible the damage would happen again. I have never had such brilliant customer service, she was friendly and polite and made sure we didn't waste our money on a ring that was no good. Definitely shop there again.

Got my necklace repaired here. Really friendly staff and super helpful with getting it fixed and beat options.
