It has affordable basic silver and gold jewelry to mark an occasion. It's a little pedestrian in design and never pay attention to the so called massive discounts on stickers in the window. If you get to handle the goods you get to assess its worth for what you intend to spend.

Absolutely shocking my mother bought me a gift from this place for my birthday 100 pounds for a necklace and bracelet. After 15 days the whole thing turned BLACK. Awful Awful awful wouldnt recommend them to my enemy.

Great to have this store in Hammersmith. Can get some good value items here perfect for self and/or gifting. What I like is that you don't pay for unnecessary boxes unless you want to give as present.

It's a shame they as with all Warren James stores don't get regular updates lines for men & more real gold products. They have some nice looking pieces in bonded gold on silver but would be nice if they had in just gold.

Staff are all very helpful and friendly especially an Asian lady who I think may be manager.

i give them 5 coz of the customer service they have, staff are very friendly and felpful. i bought something online and i was not satisfied . i emailed the customer service and because its very close to christams i didnt get a reply within 48 hours. i panicked as i needed to wrap the gift and send it. so i had to go to the nearest branch whic is this one, Aisha was so helpful and helped me to exchange it from the store even though i know it has to go thorough the online customer service but she was so understanding, this store doesnt have the largest selection but good enough, i have been to the store in Slough and it was bigger i guess . i would suggest to check the online selection and choose it before you go. prices are very reasonable.
