Without a doubt the best Jaguar Land Rover dealership I've used. The staff are outstanding and can't do enough to help, the workshop team is excellent with enthusiastic, knowledgeable technicians and my cars always come back spotless and on time.

Booked my discovery in to have the rear light changed under warranty due the the light filling with water. Booked in at 12 o clock for the light to be changed. Phoned the dealership at 4 o clock (they close at 4:30) to ask what was happening. I was told my vehicle needs a new rear lamp and they’ll have to order one???

Took 4.5 hours to diagnose that? Now back next week for light to be replaced. More of my time wasted, and more time without my vehicle

This is my local Jaguar, very professional and courteous. Got a service plan for my car and took my car there, all done quickly and a valet, can't fault it.

They sold me an used approved evouqe car with faulty battery. When I asked why battery warning coming on dash then was told that battery is not charge fully, then tried calling them over phone couple of weeks later but no reply. Its been a year battery still showing low warning sign. Funny enough, battery is not part of extended warranty.

I don’t normally leave reviews but was hugely impressed with the level of service provided by Land Rover at Sinclair, Swansea when purchasing my new Ranger Rover I travelled a fair distance to collect the car and they had everything ready for me to complete the purchase and get back on my way. The car was beautifully prepared and I was provided with a good demonstration of the vehicle controls before heading home. Particular Thanks to Carey Fraitis Emily and Maheen, who were super helpful throughout all the process and a pleasure to deal with!
