Great experience with Dawn and the team. Took my Discovery Sport to them because they are Land Rover specialists and they are exactly what they say they are on the tin. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone regardless of make or model. Diolch.

I have just had the annual car serviced at Lewis 4x4, they checked everything and found one problem.

Excellent service from this company from start to finish Dawn the lady who I spoke with was very helpful in dealing with my problem. Got my vehicle booked in and problem found within an hour and then got the job done straight away saving us a lot of money in the process. Cannot recommend Lewis 4x4 enough. Called them with a engine fault on my Disco4 and they booked it in same day for a Diagnostic and found the fault.They had the part delivered within the hour and had me straight back on the road.

Each time i go there they raise the bar, amazing service. I won't take my car anywhere else.

After being unable to get time critical suspension issues from more than one dealership looked at, I took my X5 to Lewis 4x4.Within 5 minutes it was on a ramp and fault diagnosed, and despite being heavily booked up was booked in within days and parts ordered immediately. Outstanding attentive service from Dawn and the team, and back on the road after a fuss free and friendly experience.

Dealerships can take a leaf from their book !

Took my L405 in for 2 exhaust sensors. After having it back, it still had the same issue which baffled me.
Turns out they fitted the wrong ones on the wrong bank then tried convincing me it was my remap causing the issue, and fobbed me off.
Made me feel like it was my fault which infuriated me.
Took it for a second opinion and they fitted the correct sensor which sorted the problem straight away.
However, Due to lewis' incompetence I ended up with a bigger bill and a dpf failure which cost me considerably more money.

Happy to do work on your car until its their fault then they fob you off.

I couldn't recommend these guys enough. I have a 110 defender, and they sorted my clutch out very quickly and efficiently. They picked my landy up the same day and they called me with updates on a regular basis. Very good value for money too, will be using them for services from now on.
