Terrible terrible attitude recent service, missed 2 gateway updates and a fault with battery very rude woman on the phone not a good example of Land Rover franchaise at all avoid at all cost not worth the stress or arguments saying we weren't cover even though vehicle was still under 3 year warranty, no help or solution given told it wasnt covered, had to call road side assistants and Land Rover main customer service thank god from them and Greens Landrover Haverfordwest, all sorted

Excellent service from start to finish from Sannan. Great communication all the time and handover was a dream. If your in the market for a Land Rover, then forget the rest, just go to the best dealer and salesman too.

A very nice clean showroom, very nice cars on display, but then I'm a fan of the land rover brand.
Had my car serviced and they were also looking at a sensor issue. Kept me informed of progress as they had to refer to land rover for technical help. Car rebooked in as I needed to use car.
Very pleased with service although issue to be resolved at another visit. Friendly staff.

Even though the car was parked at the garage ALL day to sort windscreen leak(by others). They were unable to accommodate replacing a courtesy light bulb at short notice.
So another 2hr round trip, or sort locally.
I so miss my BMW and their first class service!

I recently purchased a 2019 Range Rover Vogue from Sannan at Sinclair of Aberystwyth.
From start to finish, the service I received was exemplary and one of the best car purchase experiences I have had.
I live too far away to have viewed the car in person so Sannan sent a great video and the photo's on the website were enough for me to buy the car remotely.
It was delivered to my home address in a covered transporter and it was absolutely immaculate.
I can't recommend the Dealership highly enough and if you're lucky, you'll get to deal with Sannan who is highly professional, helpful, courteous and a credit to the company.

Appallingly rude woman on the phone - meant to be a the company’s ambassador. Based on that phone call we won’t be going there with our Range Rover and two land rovers and rest assured I will be telling others don’t bother!
