Last week I purchased a ex demo E-Type Hybrid 2021. From 1st contact to receiving the car less than 1 week later went very smoothly. I didnt get the opportunity to make the journey see the car before the car was delivered but Huw Southall was always available to answer all my questions and go the extra mile (inc a personal video) to make sure I was satisfied during the process and after delivery. Huw and Stratstone Cardiff offered an exceptional service and I will look them up should I get another car.

Recently purchased a new car with Rob at Land Rover Cardiff. Exceptional customer service! Rob was always at the end of the phone if we have any questions and has even called us a few times since purchasing to make sure we're getting on ok and and aware of how to use everything. Very impressed and will definitely use Rob next time we're upgrading the car.

5 ⭐️service from a 5 ⭐️dealership.

I spotted a lovely RR Vogue SE on the Land Rover website and submitted an request for further details.
I spoke to Rob Feasey who was absolutely first class and swiftly arranged a favourable trade in valuation the same day which really sealed the deal.
After their inspections the Approved RR looked practically brand new. Rob arranged a subsequent test drive after my initial inspection with the handover shortly thereafter.
Could not have asked for more, thank you Rob for your diligence 🙏

Had to wait 5 weeks for a courtesy car to be available. When we dropped it off no record was made of the work to be done. Then they wanted to charge for the work even though it was a follow up because they had to order the part. On several occasions the assistant couldn't remember a conversation from the day before, the job took longer than suggested 5 not 3 days, they don't keep you informed or call when promised. We had to go to the garage by 4.30 on day 3 to find out what was happening because the courtesy car insurance was due to run out at 6pm. It's a 35 mile round trip. The assistant had forgotten we had a courtesy car even though he arranged it 2 days before. I could go on.

I bought the car from January the delivery man, the car to me they broke Front Right Exterior A-Pillar Trim and then I call to Stratstone they say to me take u car to any Land Rover near by 2 I say I’m not happy with they deal because I bought the car should you bring me nicely nothing wrong with the car and then when I take to Lond Rover they find out it was something wrong with the engine as well. I told them so you go on Tt you can fix it. Is it free for you but still I’m not comfortable with the car I sort out this one again is something wrong with the car. I take to Ranjo over again and they fix for me. Again I complain as I’m not happy with this car skip, wasting my time too and make me a call to drive. I’m not comfortable with this car. I’m not happy at all they say to me we can I give you owe for annual service free I say it’s okay after that again happen car something wrong with me I take to Land Rover . Still, I wasn’t happy with the car they didn’t accept the car back refund money to me back give me less money and they waste my time the north good service and now again is something wrong with the car. Is it go wrong with a suspicion? Maybe 100 time i email to manager, she doesn’t help me at all The customer service is 0 out of 10. Please guys, nobody trust them for anything buying car from them still my car every day. New problem new issue it’s Showing if I say anything to them could have a go issue they say you go warranty before you sell the car you have to check everything and then give to Customer . 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I deal with ( Rosslyn and Laura Baker )

I’m writing not as a buyer but as a delivery driver.

I deliver and collect cars from all over the UK to many different branches and dealerships. I don’t usually write reviews but your level of customer service and professionalism made me feel it was necessary.

I’ve dropped cars off and collected from this branch quite a few times and it is the most professional branch I have dealt with - not just the once but every single visit. You are seen to so quickly and your staff are so polite and helpful, cars are ready to go and the process is so straightforward and quick. Paul who deals with drivers deserves credit for making the process quick and you’re made to feel very welcome and at home. It’s a benchmark for how all dealerships should do it.

One of my most favourite places to collect or deliver and if I did decide to purchase in future I would certainly be going to this Cardiff branch as the customer service is spot on and everything seems to be done so professionally.

Went into Land Rover Cardiff to purchase a Range Rover Evoque. Made an appointment with Connor over the phone, when arriving in the showroom he was very welcoming and put me at complete ease, providing me with all the information I needed before purchasing the vehicle. It was a complete breath of fresh air to be served by someone so personable and friendly. Connor was on annual leave for the handover, so I had the pleasure with dealing with Kai, who again was extremely friendly and welcoming and made it an experience to remember. Unfortunately there were a couple of teething issues, as it can be expected with how cars are made these days with technology, but I was absolutely blown away by the Sales Manager Chris, who resolved this very quickly, and went above and beyond with the service provided. I left the showroom absolutely over the moon and felt like a very valued customer during my whole experience. Would 100% recommend to everyone as it’s very clear they care about their customers and go the extra mile for you. I already can’t wait to go back for my next car! Thank you so much to everyone at Land Rover Cardiff.
