Having my car washed and valeted was an unexpected bonus. Rhian was friendly and a good addition to the team.
A pity you don't have cars for sale/viewing on the Newport site

Save yourself a lot of heartache and just don’t buy a landrover to begin with and if you well if you buy one like I did, your car will mostly be in the garage and you will have to Uber everywhere!!!
Landrover please treat your customers better, we like your cars we pay loads for them it isn’t too much to expect them to be good quality and when they break down please have good customer service as your a charging us a lot of money to get things fixed on practically new cars!!

Please look into the way they treat your own clients for the service.
Specifically the cars that has warranty.
When the car goes in for problems that is on warranty the person is stressed as he or she got their car taken of them for some problems.
So your own front desk shouldn’t stress them out as talking rude for example or explaining and hanging the phone.
And one of them most important things
You guys never answer the phone on option 2 and what Land Rover department don’t answer their service phone?.
2 months ago I have paid £300for new key. Still with out key. When trying to call them nobody rushing to answer the phone. When someone finally answered, they told me that they don't know when my key going to be ready.. Very disappointing
