Rob and his team in the Service Centre went above and beyond me whilst my vehicle was on site! Rob kept me updated every step of the way, and explained the mechanics in a way that was easy for me to understand. I now have my car back repaired, and my trust in the vehicle restored. Thanks Rob!!

Booking in for a LR Recall was a breeze. The staff were very communicative and helpful.
Having my car washed and valeted was an unexpected bonus. Rhian was friendly and a good addition to the team.
A pity you don't have cars for sale/viewing on the Newport site

Service is appalling. Car has been there nearly 3 weeks after a breakdown, I have phoned about 15 times and can’t get any proper information or call back. Manager has left, head of service is on holiday. They don’t have a head office number to complain too. I can’t get a written report as to the fault as they don’t know what it is. We have beeb buying from Land Rover for over 30 years and have never previously been treated this way

If I could honestly rate this any lower I would. My car has been in for weeks, I accept the costs are always going to be high however when they can’t even fix the car as they don’t have the parts and are also unable to even provide a courtesy car whilst waiting for the car to get fixed it gets very frustrating.

Save yourself a lot of heartache and just don’t buy a landrover to begin with and if you well if you buy one like I did, your car will mostly be in the garage and you will have to Uber everywhere!!!

Landrover please treat your customers better, we like your cars we pay loads for them it isn’t too much to expect them to be good quality and when they break down please have good customer service as your a charging us a lot of money to get things fixed on practically new cars!!

Popped in to have my private number plate put on. I should have booked in but the lovely receptionist (rhian) said it wasn’t a problem. They washed and valeted the car as part of the service. Top class.

This branch used to be good and very easy to communicate.
But Chelsey and Louie what ever their name on the front service deck.
Very rude and disrespectful.
Disgusting behaviour and unprofessional.

I’m writing to the manager for this branch.

Please look into the way they treat your own clients for the service.
Specifically the cars that has warranty.

When the car goes in for problems that is on warranty the person is stressed as he or she got their car taken of them for some problems.

So your own front desk shouldn’t stress them out as talking rude for example or explaining and hanging the phone.

And one of them most important things
You guys never answer the phone on option 2 and what Land Rover department don’t answer their service phone?.

Not happy at all.
2 months ago I have paid £300for new key. Still with out key. When trying to call them nobody rushing to answer the phone. When someone finally answered, they told me that they don't know when my key going to be ready.. Very disappointing
