Excellent service here at Likes. We picked up our new car yesterday. From the start we received great service. Being offered tea and coffee while we waited (with biscuits). Communication was really good too and the staff very helpful. Easy to do business with. The showroom is presented immaculately as well.

Best customer service……. (Better then France!!!) around. I waited 2 months for a tail light to arrive at Land Rover Cannes. BRAVO Tim and Louis in the parts department. Ordered and picked up in under 2 weeks. It cost less to come over to the UK and pick up. Fantastic service and phenomenal customer care. Cheers guys 👌

I would like to thank Likes and the staff for the way that they look after my Land Rover, their service is first class and the Technicians are true Land Rover enthusiasts along with the rest of the staff, I have been running Landrovers since 1994 when Likes sold me my first new Discovery and they have maintained my Landrovers ever since, I would not let any other dealer put a spanner on my Land Rover and am happy to give them a positive review.
I would like to add a footnote.
Like Landrover has always been owned privately until it was bought by Sinclair, I do hope that Like Landrover does not suffer from the Sinclair attitude to customer care, I speak from experience From Sinclair Audi, I was extremely disappointed that Sinclairs had purchased Likes.
On a positive note I would like to thank Angus who diagnosed my locking issue and offered to change the fob batteries, I visited the dealership and was looked after and problem sorted.

I would like to thank Likes Landrover on the excellent service provided over many years, unfortunately as in my Footnote, Sinclair Landrover have again taken a dealership with a solid local reputation and loyal customer base and treated it with the Sinclair management style, I have been in contact with their JLR franchise manager, also the owner by e mail, they supplied me with a brand new 2023 RR Sport which was damaged and badly repaired, I was so disappointed I sold the vehicle, only to have Mr B call me up and threaten to take me to court also accusing me of being a motor trader just purchasing the vehicle to make a quick profit, maybe he should consider the other numerous JLR vehicles I have purchased ??
After some 30 years dealing with JV LIKE Land Rover, Sinclair Land Rover have banned me from their dealerships.
My concerns regarding this company purchasing Likes Landrover have unfortunately come true.
The service dept which I am also banned from have always been 5 star but Sinclair Group have trashed that score, so I have amended my rating, their entitled management style and total disregard for loyal customers is reflected in their dismal Sinclair Group review score on Trust Pilot?
The fish rots from the head down springs to mind, Mr Andy Sinclair has not even bothered to respond ??

We had the best experience with Spencer who was super patient and helpful in securing our dream car for us. Never felt like anything was too much or that he was being pushy, just helped us get the best deal for us. Easily the best experience I've had with any car dealership.
