Good range of beds on what seems like a never ending sale. Staff were helpful but not pushy. We were given the space to wander and look around with out someone two steps behind us but where on hand if we had any questions.

I bought a bed from here a few years ago. There was a slight issue but it was all sorted amicably so I'm happy with the company. I came in here on a Saturday with my wife to go pillow shopping (yay for being old!). The shop is well laid out, clean and well lit. The staff all seem happy and friendly. One of the guys even made us a tea and a hot chocolate and had a chat with us whilst we looked at some head boards. Would recommend.

I love it when I need to buy something and I go into a shop and I get exactly what I need with no fuss or complication. That's exactly what happened today at Dreams. We booked an appointment and the sales agent had read our appointment notes thoroughly and prepared her recommendations for us to try. We were entirely happy with the mattresses she suggested and bought one of them on the spot. The additional warranty cover was also of great value. We particularly liked the sustainability aspect of the mattress we purchased, which was not only super comfortable, but made from recycled plastic and upcycled marine plastic too.

Hollie greeted us with a smile the minute we walked in the shop. She understood our needs and concerns giving us advice when needed. There was no sales pressure what so ever. We spent a lot more than we intended but I am of the opinion you get what you pay for and to be honest, I have never laid on such a comfortable bed as the one we purchased. Can't wait for the delivery.

Jessica helped us finding a mattress , she was very lovely and made the experience / decision easy! She was also very Informative but wasn't pushing us to buy if we weren't ready

Absolutely discusting I ordered a bed one month ago been waiting patiently and today I was told 11am to 1pm delivery and no show called the driver who could barely speak English and asked him why he's late he said sorry and my new bed is broken! Why would a broken bed still be sent for delivery? Avoid this company people!

Three months ago I bought one foldable bed and during the delivery, unfortunately, the bed was damaged. I contacted the customer service and I waited patiently for a few weeks the van driver to came and collect the damaged bed. Meanwhile I change my mind and I asked for a refund. After three months I 'm still waiting to have my money back. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!
