Poor service. Iv put through a e consult to be called by a doctor. They called and I miss the call by 9 mins as I was at work, I called them back, and the receptionist was the rudest woman. I politely ask for her to get the doctor to call me back the same day and I’ll keep my phone on loud and hopefully I would hear it. All day went and I heard nothing. Not all of us have time to sit by our phones when we work 6 days a week.

Receptionist seem to have attitude now days.

Genuinely the nicest reception staff I've ever experienced and all the GPs I've spoken to have been nothing but helpful and friendly. Overall, the best experience I've had with a Surgery.

Was supposed to get a confirmation from them to can get the baby’s passport. When I have called them said that will be able to help me with that and I have to come there to pay £25 for that, but after I came there to pay it refused to help me anymore. Really??? Very unprofessional “treatment”…have lost my time for nothing.(Marymead Surgery from Spring Drive)

A terrible service. Usually wait for more than an hour to get thru but now it just says “we r busy. Call back later”….. I went over to surgery at 8.15 a few times only to b told they have no appointments for today. Ring tomorrow at 8.00……. It’s really hopeless now. You cld die waiting for an appointment!!!! Most of the receptionists r rude too. I understand they r busy but something needs to b done.

Extremely difficult to book appointments. Unpleasant receptionist.

Took 4 days to get through to the reception. when i finally got through after a long wait, i had to convince the receptionist that i needed to been seen or even talked to by a gp. Finally, they booked me in for an emergency over the phone appointment and told me the doctor would ring me back. This was quater past 8am and no one called me back. I took time off work incase the gp needed to see me in person, and my day was entirely wasted and i STILL need to be helped. I don't know how I'm expected to make an appointment with my own gp.

If the reception consider your issue an emergency, they tell you to go to A&E. Yet, if your issue is not an emergency, they don't book you in.

My gp herself is genuinely good, would be nice if i could book an appointment.

We don't book surgery appointments for S***s and giggles. We obviously book with a doctors because we need to sort our health issues.

It's a shame that we are treated like that.

MOST terrible surgery ever and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Honestly really wouldn’t!
Never ever do they answer the phones
Except everyone to call at 8 by 8:15 they have no appointments!
I was waiting for 50 mins when I was caller ONE!
please please think before you join this surgery!
So many other lovely ones! Fast on the phones! Fast with appointments!
Takes time to listen to you!
I work at many surgery’s and believe me lots of better ones out there

This is the most worst doctors I’ve ever known horrendous terrible service as well can never get a appointment always tell. You to book on line please tell me why we pay our taxes for this horrendous service the vets would be a better option
