They told my wife they had sent my prescription to my normal chemist on Friday. When I went to pick it up on Saturday they hadent sent it. I am asmatic and now have no inhaler at all and might end up in hospital or die from the attack before I get there so much for patient care !.

Enjoying the threatening message whilst on hold - thats after they hung up when answering the call. Impossible to actually see a doctor. E-Consults to assess (which you wait days for even on a known quick fix issue). Reception staff very sweet but also so young and no real knowledge of how to deal with people. I left an awful surgery to join one which is ten times worse! Doctors (mostly) are great when you can get to them.

My parents are registered here as patients and have been for the last 49years. Since the new manager has taken over the service has deteriorated. Letter from hospitals aren’t being added to patients file theres a 3 month wait. Repeat prescriptions are not being done on time some times you have days without your medication and not a regularly doctor there. So every time you do see or speak to a doctor you got to explain everything over time and time. Staff on reception are always leaving.

This is the worst surgery ever! They gave my mother’s results to another patient. they also text me results for my mother which were delayed by 6months. I was also told my daughter needed injections. Once I called the surgery they told me they didn’t know what I was talking about, and that I should look over her Redbook, which clearly states for her vaccinations are up-to-date. I also made a written complaint to the surgery manger months ago with no responds.

extremely bad place. when i originally read the reviews i thought to myself people are so harsh surely this place cant be that bad. then i experienced the centre for myself and the practice manager there is just so unhelpful cant even have a conversation. i suggest they completely review there practice from top to bottom and just change.

The worst service I have ever had at a doctors surgery . I understand you might be understaffed and underfunded . But to consistently have to phone , email and turn up at the surgery , just to get my family history report , which I have paid for . And still not been able to get hold of , is ridiculous . I am waiting on this paper work to continue with IVF . And because of this wait , I have to wait for my next cycle . Do better .

The Surgery the last two years was absolutely poor in communication, getting appointments, your requests being heard, acknowledged and action being taken. The receptionist would hang up and she would answer in an uncaring unbothered tone.

However I called the surgery in December, was met by a friendly caring voice, which belonged to Melan.
Since she has been there I feel comfortable calling the surgery, knowing I will be heard and helped.
She helped me in many ways, always goes above and beyond. I hope she gets acknowledged in her superb service.

Thank you Melan :-)

Dr. Williams listened carefully to my symptoms, and was able to finally prescribe me the right treatment after numerous frustrating attempts. The secretariat was also quickly able to put me in touch with a GP. Really appreciate.
