Was seen by Dr Munshi having had issues with tinnitus and balance. Dr Munshi is very thorough with consultations, he listens considerately, making relevant referrals when needed. I doubt there is anyone better to go to. Fantastic GP I hope he stays. Absolutely rarity to find someone so good.

It is easy to get an appointment using the patient access systems you can be seen in days rather then weeks, most times if you need to see the doctor urgently you can get a same day appointment wasn’t always the case

Much better, wholeheartedly recommend the practice.

Do not register at the practice. You will never get an appointment and the staff are unhelpful. I called this morning for an emergency appointment. I was told Friday evening by Ruksha to call at 8am Monday morning for emergency and she said there will be availability, I told her of my situation and she said I can’t wait for 3 weeks!!! appointment this is an emergency call Monday. When I called Monday morning at 8am I was the 10th in the que.I was on the the phone for 33 mins and I was told by a male receptionist that all emergency appointments are fully booked and he will give an out of dr emergency appointment between 6pm to10pm, which is at Queens road. I called back again and spoke to Ruksha who promised that I will get an appointment this morning. I told her what happen and she turns around and say “you got an appointment what’s the problem”. The problem is it’s not an emergency when you have to wait between 6pm to 10pm for a dr to call you.
When I asked for the manager name as I want to make an complaint, I was told my Ruksha I can make an complaint to whoever, and reluctantly she didn’t want to give his name. I was told again that if I’m not happy with the dr this evening for me to call back at 8am tomorrow for another emergency. Absolutely ridiculous
This medical practice needs to be looked at this isn’t my first time I faced problem with them.

So following my above review, on the same day Ruksha called me in the afternoon offering me an emergency appointment for today. Told me that Dr Sujin will call in the morning. I called the surgery at 5pm to say I have not received any calls. Apparently DrSujin called me at 12:18. I have not received no calls my phone has been on loud. How can you say you called a patient who has been waiting the whole day for your call. This is a ridiculous, not only they are insufficient they also liars

Dr Munchi has been one of the first GPs that I feel has really listened to me and allowed me to be open and honest. Thank you for being so kind and supportive during a difficult time. I have also always found the receptionist team helpful and have on the whole received a very good service from this surgery.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Moved to the area less than a week ago and experiencing symptoms of infection. Asked to see the doctor as a temporary patient the rude receptionist told me that I can’t see anyone and just go to A&E if you want any treatment and hung up on me. You wonder why the hospitals are over crowded or unnecessary deaths happen is because of people like this who really don’t care. If you see your profession as only an income source maybe you shouldn’t work in a place that literally affects the lives of people. Hope you sort out your values, thank goodness I haven’t registered here.

As someone whose been going there for 22 years, I must say I’m disappointed to be honest. When Dr. Sweden was around, it was good. I mean Dr Munshi and Dr Sheikh are wonderful but what let’s this surgery down is their receptionists. They have no clue how to talk to people, no organisation, just absolutely nothing whatsoever. If I could rate the receptionists alone, I wouldn’t even rate them any stars.

The worst place ever
Never have appointments available. The receptionist is an absolute joke, doesn't know anything. If your lucky enough to get through to the doctor then you'll realise the receptionist has run you around in circles for something that takes a few seconds to do.

Highly incompetent practise. Only 1 or 2 decent doctors if your lucky enough to get through to them

Have been desperately trying to find another local practise but all are full.
