I have spoken to one of the receptionist who does not have common sense and does not realise the urgency of some matter. If you are working in the health and care section you should be empathetic and do not make your own decision by not booking the patient just because you said it is not urgent. Poor service.

Sadly this surgery's operational procedures in regards to making appointments are absolutely awful. Sadly they expect people to self diagnose the importance of illness, they claim to allow appointments in advance but when you call for an appointment there is only a small window for a same day appointment in the morning. I'd bet it gets even worse.

Awful service, I am their patient over 2 years and they have all my medical record. Yesterday, I had to go in person to request a prescription and all of a sudden they don't have anything of my history with then so also any medication. I had to request a call back from the doctor the next day. Tje doctor calls back ringing for 1 second (I had the phone in front of me and she hangs up as sson as I answer. I stay on the line again to gp for 30 minutes and again I need to request a call back 2 hours later. You need to improve your service!! We are already patient as we don't feel well and we need to chase everyone in that gp to have only a silly repeated prescription. In the app all my informations gone as well. I wonder what are you truly doing in this place rather doing your job!??

Appealing low standard by the receptionist team. Some of them don't listen, they have no manners as they do not allow you to talk. They pre guess why you are calling to the surgery rather than listening to you which would be the normal thing. Paying for the NHS service to hardly use it and the day you want to use it you encounter rude staff is not good

Spoke with the peremptory Practice Manageress and am advised that on a 70/30 negative basis it is not known day-to-day what if any scheduled doctors will actually arrive. How can ANY operation be allowed to function on such terms? Install some shutters and draw them down.

Terrible service. Reception staff is unhelpful to the point of being rude. Trying to book an emergency appointment for the same day is basically impossible. They offer you apportionment in a week time! How is that going to help you if you are ill now?! If you want to make any kind of comment or complain, they tell you to send an email to their manager- the one that is conveniently never there! Who knows if she actually exists and works there?! Anyway, no point to send that email as you will never receive any reply.
Shame, that Dr’s are still not seeing patients even though we are no longer in ‘Covid’ times.
They are the closest GP surgery to us, so hence our family registering with them. Sadly, we will be looking for a new GP practise, even if it’s further afield, as this one is terrible.

I definitely recommend this fantastic Surgery.
Receptionists are very patience & helpful.
It’s easy to get an appointment for same day if you call 08:30 in morning.
Doctors & nurses at this surgery are very friendly and willing to help anyone in need of any assistance that’s the main important thing as a patient. Thank you for your service and bless you all.

I haven't been able to book an appointment via Patient Access for over 12 months, and only sometimes I am able to book an appointment via phone, if I am able to get an answer. When I query why can I not book online, I am told because they're fully booked. So can't book online, but able to book over the phone; how fully booked are they? I have even written to the Practice Manager, and got the same reply, fully booked. All in all, the practice is not making availability appointments available on Patients Access.
Yesterday I booked an appointment to speak to a GP in the afternoon. I was told that the GP would phone sometime in the afternoon. I never received the appointed call. I started my night shift at 6pm, and later found a missed call at 6:26pm. To me that is evening and not afternoon!
The Practice has gone down hill rapidly. No help or interest from them. Might have to contact NHS England.
