I have asked for months to change gp your not doing not giving corrected medication when I need it, not listening to me. Completely butchered my arm for a blood test leaving me with blood dripping down my arm..... its absolutely ridiculous. Can't even get through on the phone line. Honeslty I'm going yo the manager bevasuebthisblevel of service isn't good enough. Do not come to this surgery its not present it's not understanding and its not good enough to be handling peoples needs.

I have been a patient at The Warren since 1990. Over the years I have seen nearly every GP based here. I have seen the practice transition, improve existing services and introduce new ones. Yes, there are difficulties trying to get through. If you ask the receptionists what the best times are to call, they will let you know. When there have been any issues they have promptly been resolved. Please be 'patient' (no pun intended) with them. Imagine how many of us are on their register. I can not fault the receptionists. They are brilliant! Over the years you get to know them and they you. They ask after you and your family. The GP's, especially mine (I won't mention their name as you may want to switch over to her/him :) ), have always had the time to listen and address my concerns. If I could give them all 10 stars I would. To all the staff and GP's at The Warren Medical Centre, I thank you from the bottom of my heart and an extra special thanks from my Mum (91) who is not on social media. Thank you for going above and beyond during lockdown and Thank You for your continued service to us all.

Fantastic service received yesterday- receptionist was very helpful and compassionate. I received a call back from Dr Rudra - dealt with my concerns in a really helpful and reassuring manner. I do agree with other reviews though - it is very difficult to get through to the surgery 🙃

Impossible to get through on the phone to make an appointment. in person, reception staff think they are medical staff, and are very rude (with one exception). I'd change practice if I could but the offerings are very slim in the area.

The service I have been receiving here has decreased in quality majorly over the years. I had a double appointment booked today - which I had called a day before to confirm. Today, I went in, had my first appointment (I even asked this pharmacist whether the nurse knows I’m waiting and she said yes) waited for half an hour then went to ask the receptionist how long it’d be. I was then told that the nurse wasn’t in hence my second appointment couldn’t be carried out. When I said I spoke to someone a day before to confirm and also have been waiting for half an hour today (and no one told me the nurse isn’t in), they were very unbothered. The service here is getting atrocious day by day as this isn’t even the first time something like this has happened. When you’re waiting in the line at the GP, the receptionists are just on their computers not calling you forward and when you call from home, they don’t pick the phone up!

This gp is the worst gp I have ever been, they don't understand anything, untrained staff and you will be lucky if you get any appointment, poor staff with so little effort to get the job done

I booked my son in for the flu vaccination at the Catch-Up Clinc and the service both during booking and on the day was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and professional.

An absolute disgrace of a practise. You can never get through as the phone is constantly engaged! Also I have not been assigned an individual GP since Dr Stephens left the practise in 2005. I have been thrown from Pilar to post and signposted to different doctor's everytime.

The GPs in this surgery never call you for telephone appointments, instead send you a text stating that you missed your appointment and do not leave a voicemail to indicate a missed call opportunity.

For one that hardly requires use of the NHS I find it an absolute disgrace that I potentially face travelling down to the surgery to collect sick notes for work, after breaking my foot and being in a cast.
