I called this surgery 49 times from 8am to 4pm. When I finally got on the phone queue I was always number 24. The stress and time it take to get through is discussing. Do not use this practice the receptionist are rude and unhelpful. This is what we pay for. I have been with this practice for 35 years and the changes are not for the patients. I pray I never get sick.

Went in the queue at number 22. 2 hours later got to number 6 and the call was disconnected. Found out I had cellulitis and needed antibiotics. Called 111 who booked me a telephone appointment for 2.30pm that day. I'm still waiting on the call a week later. This service is seriously ridiculous. I'm sure you
guys can do better. 👎

What a complete joke of a doctors surgery. My baby has a cows milk allergy and is on prescription milk. It’s meant to be on a repeat but every time I place the order with the chemist the doctor NEVER signs it off and I’m left with no milk. I order when I have just started on the second to last tin and it’s meant to be a 48 hour turn around.

Hate this gp

The worst!!!! Can't get a hold of them. If by a miracle I do , the receptionist is unhelpful as possible. I don't see a doctor just a call in a week or two and nothing is done. I'm in pain at home and that's it.
If you need help don't go there!

This practice need to massively improve communication processes, retrain all staff to be compassionate, polite and professional. You get told everytime you call there are no appointments left (not even online) always caller 28 in the queue, even when phoning at 8am and engaged for over half an hour. We all understand things go wrong but it's how staff handle things when they go wrong. No apology, the Dr's off sick and won't call you for over another 72 hours when you have stated reasons as red flags for cancer. It's not acceptable. Avoid, avoid.

Had an appointment today and was treated kindly, thoughtfully and professionally by Ms Patel. I am very grateful to receive this level of treatment and concern which also enabled my addressing issues which where not the prime reason for my consultation. Thank You.

Considering the pandemic and the current strain on the NHS I cannot fault this practice. The receptionist are very polite, attentive and helpful. The GPs are exceptional, they listened, asked the right questions, quick referral and showed utter care for their patients. I cannot thank then enough for their service. Thank you all

Parchmore gets 2 stars simply because the service was good during the pandemic and possibly up until this summer, no idea what changed this summer but it's not unusual to be on hold for 40-60 mins just to speak to someone to correct an error on a repeat prescription or book an appointment for a vaccine etc. Long wait times happen regardless of the time of day you call. Once you do get through, the practice is good at getting referral done and I am fond of the nursing team. I've decided to take my care elsewhere after staying as caller number 6 for over 30mins to chase a tele-consultation that was rebooked last minute. It's now 5.04pm and I still haven't heard from a clinician. - it's stress inducing and I know the NHS is under a lot of pressure - but I can't have this in the new year.
