Took my car here for a service. Everything was very professional and had no problems at all and my car was ready early. Thank you.

Took my car in for an airbag recall. Spare part found for my parking brake and at a great price. EMU update completed along with a "visual health check" which found a defect with the suspension. No pressure or hard sell to have it done straight away. Work finished on time and I was called to let me know it was ready for collection.

Great service, friendly staff. Waiting area has wifi, coffee, tea, water, plugs and a table I was able to work at. They produced a video talk through of a vehicle check as well which was a nice touch.

Service Excellence
Have been a Sandown customer since 2016 and had my second B1 service here today on my last purchase. My experience today reminded me if why I chose Mercedes. After a mix up with service dates and bookings, I have to say that Martyn Lewis, Service Team Manager, could not have been more accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything explained brilliantly and I was left in no doubt of the service provided today.
Super courtesy car offered which I really enjoyed driving and overall super service. Cannot recommend Sandown high enough. Well done and thank you 5*

10/10 We had great professional service on our visit to Mercedes - Benz Salisbury on buying a New Car very honest open and friendly - On picking up our new car nothing was to much trouble went in to great detail in telling us about the car that was a big bonus for us. So thank you we are enjoying our new car.

I turned up unannounced to Sandown Mercedes in Salisbury today to get advice on a problem with my recent privately purchased 2014 Merc C-Class Estate. I had an issue and without a question they took my car straight in and dealt with my issue FREE OF CHARGE and it wasn’t a minor issue either!

Hannah the service manager and her team have restored my faith in Mercedes and the ‘Main Stealer’ stereotype I’ve read about online. In Salisbury at least it is absolutely not what I have experienced.

Swift, knowledgeable, professional, understanding and couldn’t do enough for me! Even washed and hoovered it!

I will be using them from here on in, I highly recommend them, even for older models.

I have received first class support from this dealership. Three factors influenced my purchasing decision:

1. Good after sales support for my previous car. Over the life of a car an owner has regular contact with the service team. I previously received poor treatment from another Mercedes dealership (unrelated to Sandown). The Salisbury team was a breath of fresh air in this respect and I hope this continues.

2. Terrific new sales support from Sheldon Laing in Salisbury. Sheldon was available at all times and it was straightforward to strike a deal on mutually acceptable terms. The sales experience was professional and gave me time/space to consider matters when required.

3. Product design and availability.

I took delivery of my new car just before Christmas and am very happy with my experience at Mercedes Salisbury.

We bought a used car from Mercedes Salisbury and the quality of service was what one would expect from a premium brand. Rhys was excellent throughout the whole process and, thanks to his additional customer service, I couldn’t give any less than 5 stars. Well done Sandown Merc!
