Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Clitheroe

What a dynamic, client centered expert led service I encountered this morning. All personnel were polite, professional and very reassuring. The various eye examinations and assessments were explained in full both prior and during, as were the results obtained. At no point was there any attempt to push me into any unnecessary purchases. Another plus for this King Street clinic was the outstanding overall cleanliness of the place. Would I recommend Specsavers Clitheroe, absolutely.

If I could give no stars I would been using the Nelson store for my 5 year old sons glasses for a few years and all ways had very good service. Clitheroe refused to offer the same service and would not deal with my request and said they can not do that. drove straight to Nelson branch sorted straight away .

First eye test for about 5 years,from the second I walked in I felt relaxed,the staff are very professional and I felt at ease,sabina did my consultation and covered every aspect of my health and lifestyle,I I feel confident that I am in good hands,there was no waiting,just straight in,had the test and I was given the results with all the appropriate info,thank you.

Annual sight test on Saturday ....was a very good experience .....the optician was excellent .... equipment much improved ....and no pushing extras on me ....I will definitely be returning for my next eye test

1 star for the sunglasses, as for the reading specs i've almost got them to my face before focus kicks in, the distance ones are useless, am just as good without specs as wearing them, I told them at the fitting, they said I'd have to have another test and buy again.. huh, it's the last time i use their service.

Really rude guy running the main shop. Not sure why he's got such a bad attitude but he's certainly put me off returning. I'd rather go out of town to another specsaver's franchise. Poor customer service

recently had my eyes tested at specsavers ...bought three pairs of glasses and am extremely pleased. First class service from all at Clitheroe branch.
