Staff are great and you generally get dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good selection of glasses which fit better, last longer and are better value than most places.

Usual appointment, seen quickly, had all the tests done quickly and glasses picked and out the door within an hour. Returned to collect a week later, and again, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Yesterday, a staff member from Wellingborough Specsavers branch went over and above her job description by delivering contact lenses to my home address, on her way home. Many, many thanks and so appreciated!

Arrived in store on Wednesday to collect 2 pair of glasses. They got it wrong. They promised to make good and courier them to me yesterday am. Didn't arrive. Rang them up. Got some apology saying they should arrive today. Still not arrived. NOT HAPPY. 😡🤬Now Saturday pm still not arrived

Whilst Ive always have had great customer service experiences at specsavers, I just want to say a massive thankyou to Devi who assisted me on Saturday. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to help me choose frames, which I hate. She discussed the options/deals I can have with both my glasses and contacts. I was never made to feel rushed and ensured I was completely happy before finishing up with me. She is an absolute credit to your great team 😊. Thankyou Devi !

Always have a great selection of glasses. The staff were super helpful and helped me choose new pairs with a different shape and colour to what I've had before. They didn't try push me to get the more expensive or designer sets.
