Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Stone

I can thoroughly recommend Specsavers in Stone. Very efficient and friendly. They have a high-tech machine which gives a 3-D image and, although I'm not medical in any way, it was reassuring to have the results explained in a way I could understand. Thank you Mr Ali. Excellent service.

Bad customer service. Lied too and had the guy rolling his eyes and shaking his head that I'd questioned the extra charge. 20+ years with specsavers and I was ignored. Shame as they have some nice staff just one guy let them down. Manager didn't bother to follow up either.

Seen under the cues service very kind professional optician realised i had a problem that needed emergency treatment. Immediately referred to Wolverhampton eye infirmary. This is when Royal Stoke had no eye clinic on that day😟

I have had my glasses about two weeks now and I love them thank you so much for recommending I got reaction sunglasses they work really well and I really did not think I would get use to them but there brilliant thanks again

I had an eye test today for the first time in the stone store. Very efficient service . Seen on time . They created a new profile for me as no info from Stafford is passed on which I was surprised at
I had three different tests and the results were clearly explained when I asked.
No new prescription needed and being over 60 the test was free . I did pay £10 for the extra eye scan test of my optic nerve .

Cannot fault the customer service, professional and cheerful. Optician was great answered any questions I had.

Awful service. My wife had an appointment at 11.55, we arrived at 11.45 and checked in with the assistant. She was not seen until 12.35. When I asked why they said they had forgotten and she had been overlooked. My wife had been sitting waiting for almost an hour until someone finally realized. Disgraceful.
