Optical Express Laser Eye Surgery, Cataract Surgery, & Opticians: Cheltenham

My husband and I attended Cheltenham Optical Express for our consultations for our laser eye surgery. We had great customer service and all the staff were great. They talked through all the procedure and everything that was going to happen. They took the time to answer all our questions and go through all the small details we needed to know about. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided at Cheltenham optical express. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks again for all your help! Both of us finally go live without our glasses!!

Cannot fault Cheltenham Clinic or the surgery and team in Birmingham. I've been made to feel at ease, cared for and everyone is really knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Appointments have all been on time, post-op care has been great - just wish I'd done it sooner!

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff from consultation through to the surgery, they were very flexible and did everything they could to make it a smooth process. Although I wasn’t able to have the eye surgery I wanted to. I’m happy with my results and life without glasses is amazing! Staff in Cheltenham were brilliant too!

After wearing contact lenses and glasses for 15 years I decided to seek advice on laser eye surgery. The staff at optical express have been brilliant from the start. Not pushing for a decision, helpful, friendly and very informative about the whole procedure and beyond surgery. I am now 1 month post surgery and my eyesight is better than 20/20. The staff are still very friendly and are available if I should need anything. I would highly recommend using optical express if you are considering laser surgery.
