Very nice customer care but very expensive

Tried phoning my local branch in catford and was put through to their head office. Unable to make an appointment as head office did not have access to Crawford's diary. So why route unanswered calls through to another number? Senseless!

Prior to this experience, a year ago, I went in to collect contact lenses and was ignored by staff for 15 minutes. Although staff were busy with other customers, my presence was not acknowledged or any apology offered and told someone would be with me shortly. Nothing at all until I brought my presence to their attention with a loud and vocal complaint. Put in an office complaint to head office about the service and they too ignored me!!!

Will be using another better known High street opticians in the future.

Scrivens Opticians, Catford is one of the best Opticians I have been to. Their customer service is superb. They are very helpful and acomodating. Opticians are very professional in what they do. I recommend anyone who need glasses or hearing aid to visit Scrivens Opticians in Catford.

They don't deserve a single star. They are a pack of scamming liars who hate doing NHS work. They are greedy and I noticed some of the reception staff cant speak basic English. Avoid this shabby useless business. They are probably the worst opticians in Lewisham.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not great range of frames to choose from, but the quality of the products available is excellent.
