Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Mansfield Sainsbury's

Very kind, professional and yet down to earth staff. All of which were happy to help and easy to approach during my visit. The ladies that dealt with me and the optician were fabulous. I definitely recommend this opticians.

Excellent products, but it's the staff who set the Mansfield store apart from the competition... They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A member of staff (Sorry I can't remember her name) showed great patience in helping and advising me on the best glasses and sun-glasses for me. My second visit, for the fitting and checking of my new specs, was an equally high quality and pleasurable visit as the first. Thank you all

Very busy, friendly staff, found it a bit overwhelming being in close contact with other customers. That's what covid has done - not the specsavers people!

Fantastic service. Very polite, first time with variofocals. Explained everything professionally and with great patience. Nothing was too much trouble.

Went for a lense change, got them back after one hour, they had some lines on which i tought it was just a bit dirty. After i came home and cleaned them with a fresh glasses cloth i noticed that
one of the new lenses has a few scratches. Some years ago same thing happened on a diffrent specsavers location. But i noticed it on the spot and told them about it. Really dissapointed that i was given scratched glasses on both experiences with specsavers. How do they not notice it's scratched? Do they hope the customer not notice it and leaves?

Superb glasses. I opted for the varifocals.

Went in for glasses repair, was told there'd be no charge. Only to be charged £100.

Won't be coming back.

Had micro suction for ear wax removal. Absolutely superb treatment from Levi at specsavers,would highly recommend.
