Excellent. I was seen by Abby, for a contact lens review as i was having some issues. She was professional, knowledgeable and very empathetic,. She quickly knew that the problem was not caused by my lenses, but by an allergy, and recommended treatment. I could not have been more impressed with the level of service, expertise and care shown to me.

While having the second part to my contact lens appointment, young woman with dark hair, she didn’t help me at all and made me feel embarrassed and very uncomfortable just sat staring at me and not giving me any tips on how to get them in and out well. Not to mention her constantly coughing on me, she was clearly unwell and very moody but should’ve worn a face mask instead of coughing and spluttering everywhere or a cover her mouth which she didn’t do. Not looking forward to going back to her which is a horrible feeling

I went in today 22/08/22 for routine eye check. From the moment I entered toll I left, I had exceptional , efficient and friendly service. Well done guys

Staff are very good and very helpful, and they are helpful in helping with finding the right style of glasses that suit the individual needs

Find some some of the staff have attitude problems. They are very argumentative even when trying to just discuss general things. Others are very professional but can be very hit and miss.

Mike was Brilliant what a lovely Guy very Helpful and polite and really looked after me . Don't let him go anywhere as he is great in store and if only there were all like him. Good choice of glasses really happy with visit due to Mike thank you :)

Very helpful polite n attentive. ..needed a slight adjustment on my new glasses. .. no problem..politeness was their order of the day...soon sorted n I was on my way
