Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Winterstoke Road Sainsbury's

We've been going to this opticians in the Winterstoke Road Sainsburys for a couple of years now and the service has been consistently amazing. My daughter had a bad run with her glasses recently and they have helped us with three replacements/repairs in as many months. The team is absolutely lovely and made this so easy for us. Thank you.

I visited winterstoke Road optician's and was politely served by Danny, id never been before and brought my prescription from my latest test else where, danny quickly updated the system and was very helpful spending time to find glasses that suit me, he was polite in telling me which ones didn't suit and made me feel comfortable, I even left with a order of sun glasses in the end as well.
Lovely man and lovely store, I always use this store now and will bring my children here too.

Rude, unhelpful staff! Unlike any other specsavers I’ve been into. Was ignored for 20 minutes and then asked for help and got snubbed by the staff. Glad this isn’t my branch! I already knew the glasses I wanted and also wanted the prescription sunglasses and just needed advice on ordering but been put off and wouldn’t recommend or visit this store again!

I was dubious about going to a makeshift opticians in a supermarket. This is now my Specsavers of choice!
Whats a wonderful experience. All the staff are super friendly and went above and beyond to make the process of a sight test and glasses selection as easy as possible.
Rose was especially helpful and clearly has a passion for caring about each customers individual needs.

Seriously considering going elsewhere. Impossible to phone store phone just rings and rings. Messed up my prescription several times. And it still not right.

I was an hour early for my appointment due to my own fault. Woops! The team were so friendly and were able to sort me out rather than leaving me waiting around.

This is my first opticians experience since before lockdown. They were amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend this branch.

Having had a somewhat negative and disheartening experience at the Bedminster branch, I then decided to give the Winterstoke Road store a try... SOoo glad I did! Customer service here is worlds apart from Bedminster. All the staff here were lovely and very patient. I will happily vouch for every glowing review on here for Danny - having met him today, he was absolutely amazing. Really helpful and encouraging with his advice, very customer focused - a credit to Specsavers.
