Waited a while to check in and my wife had to go and sit down as she at the time is 8 months pregnant and can't stay standing for long periods of time. So she went to sit down with the kids as I stayed to check in. Just need to have some one at the desk or someone checking on people waiting as not a great look really. But the staff who did serve us were brilliant with my step daughter and did amazing. Just a shame about the beginning

Bought a pair of glasses but after a few days they were uncomfortable. No problem they took them back and sorted me out with a different pair.

All went well, careful testing and fitting. I am pleased that the old glasses are collected to be recycled etc, but pity that the glasses cases are not. Next time I will hand back the new glasses case!

Put off buying new for 4 years as the prescription only changed marginally each test so these new glasses are quite different and took a few days to feel comfortable. I'm really pleased with them now and no need for any adjustments.
