Boots Opticians Salisbury - Silver Street

Boots opticians manager, Steven Woods, keeps sending me letters to tell me my eye test is overdue. Not only is it NOT overdue, I am no longer a Boots customer and have closed my account.
Boots opticians are complete chaos. They mixed up mine and my daughters accounts, don't respond to formal complaints and ignore concerns raised. They don't get back to you. They can't explain why something has happened. All very concerning. I was with them over 20 years but have left in the last few months because they have slipped to the point that they are no longer fit for purpose, in my opinion.

It is as you would expect from a Boots store although it can be difficult to find what you are looking for. I have had really good service in the store but at times it is difficult to find staff to help.

We were where for 1hr and 45minutes yesterday, incompetent elderly staff who can't even operate a till on their own and you have to queue multiple times at the front desk to carryout the entire process. Regret leaving Vision Express, Im going to go crawling back with my rail between my legs and hope the take me back.

Three attempts to telephone. What is the point of having a 'phone if you don't answer it? Very unprofessional; I shall use a different optician.

Still getting monthly reminders saying my eye test is overdue, 2 years later having gone to Specsavers ...C'mon Boots Opticians, "should have gone to Specsavers"!
