Dont bother. worst store every for false advertising. Went to this store today and picked up one of the 20 water bottles that had a half price sticker on it for my little girl. took it to the counter to pay and was told this was no longer half price any more. I said they all marked half price and yhe stand says that it is. she said" but it's not anymore". I was in a cue of people so didntvwant a scene so I left with a crying 3 year old who wanted this for her first day of school. I would never recommend to anyone who didn't want to be mislead.

Jo from Kendal Mountain Warehouse was very helpful. She was so professional, attentive and patient, offering me wide range different products and alternatives. I ended up getting a comfy down Gilet at really affordable price. Thanks again Jo and Colin for really great service.

On a holiday in which we had planned to camp in a rental van we ended up needing a tent. We bought a marvelous 2 person “festival” tent on sale for £19.99! We had the best luck with it! 15 days in Cumbria and Scotland and it held up! Great quality and good Khama! Thank you to the very helpful staff!

I purchased some ski clothing online in the sale but unfortunately it was not all really right for us so had to return it to the kendal shop. We were greeted by two extremely rude women. First thing they said was I'm sick of this people buy online and bringing it all back even though this was not true as we kept several items. They then carried on talking about us and made the whole experience in the store very uncomfortable. I was hoping to look for some replacement items for the ones we had taken back but was made to feel like we had to leave. Very bad customer service and we will not be returning which is a shame as I do like the clothing but the staff they have in the kendal shop could not by less helpful.

No problems. It's a shop. They had the boots I wanted in the size I needed, at a reduced price I was happy with and they served me promptly and politely. Not much more I can say.

Awful rude rough staff. They really haven't any retail skills at all It's as if they run donkey rides on Blackpool beach, rather than selling you a £200 jacket. They really make you feel uncomfortable as soon as you walk into the shop. Quite a strange retail experience.

The fabulous gentleman with a the big beard, helped me for ages to ensure I got the right boots for me. So friendly and made my day.

Helpful staff, found what we wanted. Short on some stock, due to Covid, Suez canal, etc.
It would be good to see Norbury return.
