Matt is a fantastic motivator and I have been training with him for nearly 12 moths. During that period I have lost nearly one and a half stone and my fitness levels have improved dramatically. I would highly recommend Matt and his team to anybody who wishes to improve their general fitness levels of fitness regardless of size or age.

I had a 3 month session with Chris last year following an illness. The aim was to strengthen my core muscles, build stamina and give me the confidence to get back to aerobic classes. I’ve been attending MPower Yoga with Cheryl for nearly 6 months now. She has something for everyone, catering for all abilities including those with health conditions. I have found her yoga sessions very therapeutic that I have now started the 1:1 Thai yoga massages also. My husband swears by Ceryls Yin yoga classes.
We find Ceryl to be very welcoming and knowledgeable. Her yoga sessions are very different to any yoga classes we have attended previously because she focuses on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, personalising them to individuals in that session rather than following a set proforma.
We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I’ve been training with Matt for well over a year, he is one of the most professional personal trainers I’ve come across, always pushing you outside of your comfort zone and producing some great physical results. He’s flexible with days and timings so you can fit it in around work. If you are looking for a personal trainer then I would highly recommend Matt.

Studio is immaculate, very organised and clean in beautiful surroundings with ample parking!! It has a large variety of gym equipment to meet everyone's personal needs. Every session is greeted with a friendly welcome . Each workout is different and adapted to personal needs and ability. Matt is professional, energetic, committed and inspirational and I cannot recommend him enough.

Highly recommend! Matt has been awesome and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ve been training with Matt for over a year now and have seen a massive improvement physically. He is very flexible on time and mixes the sessions up which keeps you on top of your fitness goal. When Covid hit he was good enough to set out a fitness plan that I could follow at home whilst the gyms were closed and was still passionate about my progress.
