Well Barwell - High Street

I like the staff here they are generally helpful and some are charming, my issue with them is the errors they make and the reaction to those mistakes. I have 3 items I collect every month and I find I have to open the bag there at the counter to make sure everything is included, now to be fair on the last 2 occasions it’s been correct, but for the previous 4 months an item would be missing and for the last 18 months this would be the norm and the very first time it happened (I hadn’t opened it until I got home) you would think it was my fault they had made a mistake. Need to be a bit more customer centric

I would have given 4 stars but I had to drop a star because electronic prescriptions from the doctor's to the pharmacy disappear on occasion. Myself and three other family members have had problems with electronic prescriptions. On a more positive note, the place is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Year after year there are individuals showing they care about where they live.
Nutty knitters provide some joy and clour to the village centre at certain times of the year.
Bloomers who have provided a beautiful display of flowers year on year and in recent times they have extended their work down the high street by asking commercial premises and houses if they would display a flower basket provided and maintained by the bloomers. Always happy to support both groups an asset to the village.

The prescriptions are never ready. I’ve had to go a whole week and a half without my antidepressants as it took them 2 and a half weeks to get my medication in!!!
It should normally take 48 hours at the most!!! staff are so disrespectful

Never answer phone. Ignore you when in there. Best is the 2 guy pharmacists them self

Go here if you have no other choice!
The counter staff today was very dismissive. She seemed to think it was beneath her to say, please, thank you, or offer any information for that matter. In a word 'rude'!

Its a true pity the boss of this place does not know how great and hard working his staff are. Amazing staff

Worst Chemist you can go to. Dreadful opening hours if you have a job. No compassion from any member of staff but some are miles worse than others. I have been given the wrong medication many times and wrong doses, good job I noticed
