Mansfield Pharmacy, Thorpe le Soken

Terrible service I ordered my tablets on the 26th April and was sent electronically to go into this pharmacy and to be told they have not got them it's the doctors fault, this is not the first time this has happened. Also I was chatting to another Bloke and he had the same problems with this pharmacy messing up his prescriptions he was talking to the one of the staff and they just ignored him plus to the fact they just throw down my meds on the counter and did not even say good bye, very very rude chemist. The thing is these tablets are very important to me and they even had the cheek to say to my mum is going out more important than going sorting your tablets out with the doctor! she had to go out somewhere important and that wasn't her fault that they messed that up too. If I was anyone don't go to this pharmacy because they have even been known to give me someone else's tablets. Very poor service 😠

They have always been very helpful to me and my family. They also stock little bits and pieces you would need urgently, in a village, rather than driving. Lucky to have them in the village.

Visited today for covid booster vaxine, smooth no problems, clean professional highly recommended five star+ service well done many thanks no sticker or cup of tea lol 😂

What a lovely pharmacy. The Pharmacist was most helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Nice, neat and tidy premises which gives one added confidence.

Emergency prescription sent through from 111 turned up to find it closed due to not having a pharmacist. Called later at 10.30am and still not answering. This pharmacy is to be avoided if your life depends on them doing their job.

Friendly covid safe and helpful ,pharmacist went above and beyond to resolve problem with my prescription. Excellent service here.

Great staff but need to move with the times no email or website and cash only.
