CHANGING PHARMACY IMMEDIATELY!!!!

THIS PLACE WAS SOO MUCH BETTER WHEN IT WAS RUN BY THE WELL PHARMACY!!

Current pharmacist LAYLA YASMIN hasn't got a clue!! She would rather play with her phone than speak to customers..
She was mortified when I asked for her to speak to me rather than pass messages!!

You have your prescription sent there so that you don't have to hang about waiting for it!
Instead it's not made up until you present there!!
This has happened every single time I have been to collect prescriptions for relatives!
UPDATE:
Layla Yasmin is an imposter then as she claimed to be the pharmacist and the certificate on the wall stated she was, indeed, the pharmacist!

This pharmacy is the best in ALL areas, extremely helpful, excellent ‘personal’ customer service, easy to contact with their modern approach and make you feel valued. They always deliver on time, greet you with a lovely smile and friendly manner. I can honestly say I would 100% recommend this pharmacy. Also congratulations to Harlow Town Pharmacy for winning top team awards.
