Abbey Field Pharmacy and Travel Vaccination Centre

Staff from the management down are repeatedly failing disabled service users: time sensitive medications aren't delivered on time and if you dare to query or question this, you are accused of 'aggression' and threatened with being taken off their rounds. My friend has been left without her seizure control meds so frequently that the delivery driver arrived whilst she was having a seizure - and then complained that she was 'aggressive' (when in reality, she didn't know what was going on). Would recommend to any disabled woman to go to a different pharmacy, since this one cannot be trusted with our safety and welfare.

Fantastic pharmacy located just inside the Abbey field medical centre. I use the pharmacy both for myself and as a care worker, my clients too.
I thought it especially important this year to have a flu jab but I’d never had one before. I had a chat with them and they arranged to do it straight away without and fuss.
Even though they are a very busy pharmacy in these stressful times since the pandemic the polite, helpful staff still manage to maintain a relaxed atmosphere to put their patients at ease instantly.
I have recommended them to my work colleagues also.

Excellent staff and service, always go above and beyond, medication always on time, helpful, polite and always greet you politely, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even through this pandemic the staff have remained professional and polite and always greet you in a friendly manner and try to remain happy! A great team in my opinion .

I've had to have consults with the pharmacist here recently & the service from her was absolutely brilliant, a prescription for one ailment & over the counter treatment for another. Have always used these & had great service, now seeing behind the scenes, they all do an amazing job, very efficient.

You won't beat Claire the pharmist and her team for knowledge and customer service. You can wait sometimes but when ur seen, your treated as an individual and ever left feeling your question hasn't been answered or your needs met.

Myself and everyone in my house came down with covid this week which led to me requiring antibiotics, I contacted the amazing team at the pharmacy in the Hope that they would be able to deliver them to me at such short notice as usual they were superstars and they had them out to me within the hour thank you ladies you are amazing 👏 😊

Worse pharmacy ever .. rude staff ignorant pharmacist.. hasn't got clue .. proscriptions always late or items not in .. brilliant service elsewhere.. buggered my disabled son's tablets up .. then blames the drs ..

not happy about a member of the staff working today.
she refused to deliver me a nurofen plus for my partner who knows it very well and who is in pain today.
this person asked me to tell my partner to ring the doctor and just blocked in this position. tried a bit to explain more the situation but no result she refused to deliver the medicine that I used to buy elsewhere. so decided to leave the place and never come back there.
I hope she ll understand this situation the day she is in pain and a pharmacy refuse to help her.
