Grove Pharmacy

Appalling place - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Filthy, cluttered and shop opening hours are NOT 7:00-23:00 they are at the owners whim. Waited outside for 2 hours in the cold from 07:10 to collect a UPS parcel - she bothered to open up at :09:18. (I had checked the UPS website before taking the bus to get there just to confirm that they did indeed have the parcel). Went in with my info-notice and ID and was told the parcel was not there. She was rude and arrogant when I said that I had checked the UPS website. I still don't have my UPS parcel. Photo of shutter opening at 09:19. From looking at other reviews on here they should be struck off UPS collection points list in favour of more reliable outlet.

The lady who works here is very moody! There are times when she is nice and other times when she is rude and nasty. I don't know why she has an attitude problem because she used to be so good and professional. I don't know what is going on with her but I do hope she sorts herself out and perhaps learn more about customer service skills before she loses all her customers and business. I will never go back to this pharmacy again. I do genuinely hope that she improves her attitude and mindset.

Honestly not sure what is worse, the clutter which looks like its been sitting on the shelves for the last 20 years! boxes faded and torn or Abby's attitude behind the counter! Rude, obnoxious and i had to get UPS directly involved after she refused to give me a parcel for TWO WEEKS! because she wrote the wrong name down!! All she had to do is take a minute to re-check the label which clearly stated my name but NO! Obviously shes so stuck up her own backside to think she makes mistakes! while please and thank you are something which is missing in her vocabulary and if shes got a boss, for the future of your business SEEK A NEW EMPLOYEE ASAP!

The lady in the shop is very arrogant and has no customer skills. She does not talk properly, is very blunt and the place just looks very unorganised and messy. I am very disappointed in the customer service that I have received. This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating! Also DO NOT deliver your parcels to that pharmacy as she makes it very complicated to receive them. I will not be going to that pharmacy anymore as she very rude and need to learn her manners.

This "Pharmacy" (you would only identify it as such based on the sign outside) is run by a lady who is not only incapable of selling the correct medication I asked for (showed a photo of the packaging), she is also extremely rude. 10 min after purchasing the item, we realised the medication was not right, so my partner went back to exchange it. The lady refused and became very aggressive and asked if I'm unable to read. She refused to refund us even though the package was unopened, we had a receipt and returned within minutes. For everyone's piece of mind: we both are able to read otherwise it would have been difficult to obtain our PhDs 😆 Anyways, avoid this "Pharmacy" at all costs. This is not the kind of local store that should be supported. Finally, I wish I could have given this store less than 1 star but that's not possible.

I came to this shop as I needed wd40 for my child's pedal bike and I was 4p short and I asked very politely could you let me off and NO she wouldn't even let me off she just grabbed the can and gave me a terrible look and said no. no doubt the item will remain in the shop for the next few years.

The place is a tip, utter mess I've seen cleaner and tidier tables at a boot sale.

Very rude very unprofessional and I can't believe this place sells meds id never go their for that ill stick to next door THE VILLAGE PHARMACY.

Shut it down

The shop is packed with everything practically spilling off shelves,maybe good for a rummage.Sad the woman serving is so rather disinterested and bordering on rude. I have passed this shop, sometimes open, sometimes closed,went in out of curiosity. I asked for the hours of opening and updated here. Frankly though I have seen the shop closed before 4 on Saturdays.

I agree with the comments made by the reviewers who gave this pharmacy a 1 star. I would also not given it a star at all if allowed. The woman who runs this pharmacy has no customer service skills whatsoever! She's a very rude, vile individual! I called to query my medication she hung up the phone on me, the last straw! Very argumentative when I tried to stop my repeat prescription. If she does not see the error of her ways, before long she wont have a business left to run. Avoid this place by all means possible!!
