Some time's the chemists is a bit flustered but staff are brilliant

Pharmacy claims to liaise with your GP to organise repeat prescriptions for you.
Unfortunately, not the case.
On last three repeat prescriptions medication has not been ready - sometimes not even ordered - even though the supply date was provided to me by the pharmacy. Clearly they are unable to follow their own instructions.

Really amazing staff. Helpful cheerful and always go the extra mile.

Always been helpful when asked about anything.

We have just moved to this pharmacy after another local pharmacy was unreliable. So far the staff have been lovely with us and picking up prescriptions has been fast. My husband took my little boy in this morning after we couldn't get an appointment with a GP to check a slight rash and he said the pharmacist that saw him was incredibly kind and good with our baby, set our minds at ease and gave us the information we needed to confidently send him to nursery that day so also saved us a sick day.
