My mediation is never ready on time and I always paid for delivery only to be told it was for collection.i have always had delivery as I am disabled.i am really thinking of going to another pharmacy

Useless. Going to change to different chemist even though it will mean travelling further. Will probably be back home quicker anyway since they are so slow, when they do bother to open. Now closed between 1pm and 5pm everyday!

This pharmacy has gone so far down hill it's hard to believe ,have been using this place for years but am in the process of changing to another pharmacy , I have been waiting over two weeks for some of my repeat medication, have had to go back to doctors to get another prescription to go to another pharmacy. Plus they shut now between 1pm and 5 pm every day Lloyds should be ashamed.

Absolutely awful !!!! I have been trying to ring for 40 mins over 100 times they just refuse to answer!! I need to know if they have my meds as last time they didn't (surprise ) .

Dreadfully slow, the organisation could be streamlined. It is very frustrating when one has to queue for 30 minutes only to be told the prescription is not available. Also there is no way to phone and check in advance anymore. The doctors and dentists now have electronic check-in services, could this simple technology be used? I'm sure the problem with Lloyds is that the pay is very low and they can't get appropriate staff. Come on Lloyds, "buck up" otherwise you will see a significant decline in your trade and hence profits.

Arrived for a pre booked flu jab and was told I would have to wait 20mins minimum as the pharmacist was too busy with prescriptions! I rebooked as I had another comommitment .
Poor service as usual!

Terrible. Closed when they should be open with "safety" as reason. Aka staff shortage as nobody wants to work for this lot.

Extremely slow Extremely grumpy unfriendly staff apart from one very helpful older lady rest of the staff don't think they want to be there shame as this used to be a lovely place to visit absolutely hate going there definitely going to change after the holidays its that bad I am prepared to travel further to collect my prescription
